Initial biometric assessments & measurements
Personal goal-setting consultation and appropriate timeline for your goals.
Macro tracking & dietary recommendations + habits to improve consistency
Weekly progress meetings to check in and make adjustments as needed.
Option to do DEXA body composition assessment.
Daily accountability and communication with me via text messaging.
(3-month commitment required for all new clients)
